I recently utilized the services of the Silverberg group for my insurance needs. While they provided me with decent service, there were a few areas where they fell short. The communication could have been better, and I felt that my queries were not always addressed in a timely manner. However, their expertise and knowledge in the insurance industry were evident. Average service with room for improvement.
