The experience with JCL International Inc. was quite average. The customer service was responsive, but the overall communication was a bit lacking. The product quality was decent, but there was nothing extraordinary about it. 🤷‍♂️ The delivery was on time, which was good. However, the packaging could have been better as there was slight damage to the items. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected more attention to detail and better quality for the price. I might consider giving it another try in the future, but for now, I'm somewhat indifferent about the experience.
