My recent stay at the Ritz-Carlton was disappointing. The staff seemed indifferent and uninterested in providing good service. The room was also not as clean as I expected, with a noticeable lack of attention to detail. I was expecting more from a luxury hotel like this. I will not be staying here again in the future.
