I am a customer of Lmr | les mutuelles réunies s.a. and I must say I have had an average experience with their services. While their website is easy to navigate and the process of obtaining insurance was smooth, I found their customer service to be lacking. The representatives I spoke to were not very helpful and seemed uninterested in resolving my queries. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
