Family and I were looking for a Toyota tundra for a while , finally found one at LNC, very happy at first to get it , then took it to get serviced bc the touch screen navigation system was not working , said they couldn't do anything about it , only could reimburse 500$ and had to pay 285$ out of pocket , after being told everything was working , and that supposedly there's free service to the lake norman advantage, when talking to Tracy about it over the phone he was being very rude , point is once you buy something from them , they do not care about you or your car at all , I do not recommend.
