We booked our vacation with Teri at Witte. We've used her multiple times. We did purchase the recommended trip insurance with cash back option Teri recommended. While we never used it before, we needed it this time. Due to an accident on the way to the airport, we never made it to the charter. That was a Sunday. On Monday morning, Teri took care of everything and we are now awaiting our refund. Fabulous service!
