The single star goes to the blonde woman at reception - she is the only person who deserves her paycheck this week.
We arrived, went straight to the rooftop to decide whether we would pay to swim or just order food. Upon walking in the door two staff members rudely accosted us - simply to tell us we couldn't bring outside beverages inside (water - which we werent drinking even though it was a 40 degree day). This wasn't unreasonable as it is policy. We decided we would pay but not swim as the pool was a strange green colour. As i went to pay my partner started to remove her clothing on the deck below the pool. To which a woman very impolitely told her to get dressed and not remove any clothing until on the pooldeck. At this point we decided to leave. It is one thing to uphold company policy, but another to treat people with utter disrespect and discontent. If you dont like your job find a new one. Completely disappointed as the venue is very stunning. I would seriously reconsider or review your hiring practices.
