I've seen Dr. Phillips for well over a decade, and each visit is a pleasure. The staff is very friendly and the trains run on time. I also appreciate how Dr. Phillips takes the time to visit with me about my life and any questions or issues I have. I highly recommend Dr. Phillips and his staff.
