I have been a customer of Encircle Group for several years now and I must say that their services are average. The investment options they provide are decent, but nothing extraordinary. The customer service representatives are generally helpful and responsive. However, there have been a few instances where I had to wait longer than expected for a resolution. Overall, I would say that Encircle Group is an average company to invest with.
