What ever happened to customer service?? The service department needs ALOT of revamping, starting with whoever that is answering the phones. Get rid of people who DO NOT want to be at work! A computer can set an appointment/schedule services AND send a text or an email to say thank you.

Please teach your staff that if they do not know the answer(s) to questions, it is more pleasant to hear, I don't know but let me find out from someone who may have the answer.

Sort the reviews by "most recent" and you will see a trend of declining happy customers.
