Our stay at Novotel perth was a good one. The check in was easy and the ease of parking was a real bonus as was the reduced parking rate of $15 as it was the weekend. Our room was comfortable and well appointed. The location of the hotel was good as it was near to bars and shops. The breakfast included in the deal was much better than expected.The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially the young man who served us in the bar on the evening and then was taking names at breakfast. Only a couple of minuses...There were a couple of cockroaches in our room (one hiding in the bath towel!) no big deal to us but could freak some people out. A water jug in the fridge would be a nice touch as to purchase bottled water from the mini-bar was quite expensive.Over all agood comfortable hotel which I would not hesitate to book again or recommend to friends...Thank you Novotel
