I had an average experience with Rfm group. Their website rfm-group.com is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took them quite a while to respond to my inquiries and when they did, I felt like they weren't fully addressing my concerns. Overall, I would say they are just okay.
