I had an average experience with AIG Private Client. The customer service was satisfactory. However, I found the process of filing a claim to be time-consuming and overly complicated. It took longer than I expected to get reimbursed for my expenses. Overall, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of efficiency and transparency.
