I bring my mom to KK hospital to see a doctor, we register at 4.39pm and yet we wait till 7.45. So I ask the nurse at the registration counter she told the doctor calling us at 4.30pm! Huh, I was like what ! And she answer answered in a impatience attitude, but I ignore and being very gentle how long more my mom still have to wait. She say that oh, she thought that we don t want to see the doctor anymore and our number is no longer in the system! So meaning me and mom waited for 3 hours just for nothing ! She say that we will have to wait again ! I swear the system in KK have a big issues, that don t show I missed number or anything , and the nurse is also irresponsible ! I swear kk is the worst hospital ever.
