I have 2 offices, and thought using VOiP would be the most effective way of linking both offices, a way I could save some money by switching away from my costly ATT land lines, and be a stable, consistent option for my office phones for my customers. I started this process in August 2018.

Since then the countless hours we ve had to spend with technical support is incredible. The amount of man-power used to save a few bucks by leaving ATT was a big mistake. Idk if it s all VOIP, or this company specifically; however, I can not stress my regret enough. If you re thinking about using them, think twice. Maybe other companies have better VOiP, but right now ATT is looking pretty good - and that s something I thought I d never say.
