Unfortunately, I cannot give this university a sin...

Unfortunately, I cannot give this university a single star. The University of Arizona has a long history of breaking Federal EEOC Law when it comes to their employees.

Examples such as a worker getting cancer, then taking FMLA time off for chemo treatments, then coming back to work and immediately getting fired. Or an individual who needs to be in a wheelchair due to health issues getting fired after the fact. Or another individual who took FMLA until his leg repaired coming back to work and a few days later getting set up for a "theft" and subsequently fired.

The supervisors are never held accountable for their misdeeds and law breaking; in fact, the University's HR department willingly looks the other way and in some cases covers things up.

To sum up, the University of Arizona needs to have a thorough EEOC investigation into its lawless actions against all employees and the disabled who have suffered. Those responsible (the University as an entity itself as well as the individual managers and HR personnel) should be sued in a court of law. The Federal gov't should withhold any and all funding/grants until this very serious matter is remedied.
