Mike gave us information that no car salesman has ever done before and we really appreciate this! I had purchased a extended warranty with my Hundai Sonata in 2012 and traded that with Ira Toyota for a 2013 Prius and was never told that I could get a prorated refund for the money I spent on that! Shame on Ira! Brad Hurd the finance person also was great he reiterated the rebate. All in all a great experience!
