I had an average experience with letsrent.com.au. While the website is easy to use and has a decent selection of rental properties, I found the customer support to be lacking. They were not very responsive or helpful when I had inquiries. Additionally, the prices of the properties were on the higher side compared to other rental companies. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I think there are better options out there.
