My husband and I did not obtain our own realtor for the purchase of our home. The real estate agent for the property/sellers, Ms. Dawne Nuri, was so wonderful to deal with that we felt we did not need one and wanted Ms. Nuri to receive the full commission on the sale. Ms. Nuri worked tirelessly from the day she first showed us the home up until the closing, including many late nights, texts, phone calls and emails, and has checked on us a couple of times since. She set up all of the many inspections we requested while my husband and I were busy at work, and managed to accommodate our schedules every time. She was knowledgeable, personable, diligent, and also had a great sense of humor, which helped ease our nerves throughout the process. We very much appreciate all of Ms. Nuri's hard work and should we ever sell or purchase again in the future, we will contact Ms. Nuri first and foremost. We highly recommend Dawne Nuri of Coldwell Banker M.M. Parrish Realtors without doubt or hesitation.
