Brought my 2018 Sprinter Airstream in for the second time for routine maintenance as suggested by Mercedes Benz. Mechanically I m pleased with the work. Expedient,quality work, etc. For the second time now no car wash. In Atlanta where I am from even after an oil change my Sprinter gets washed. The excuse is that box wasn t checked off is the answer? Should this even be a question? And then, the boys have been pretty busy back there . The vehicle was ready 4 days before I picked it up. After $1200.00 plus dollars for routine service suggested by MBZ is it asking too much? If this is the norm when you spend $175k on a vehicle and get serviced here okay. I understand now. I used your coupon to come in instead of going somewhere else and I will continue to come here. I understand now that is not part of the service. I guess some dealerships fight and earn business while others simply assume business.
