I recently rented a vehicle from a well-known car rental company and had a pretty average experience. The vehicle was okay, but the customer service could have been better. I have heard about Adapted Vehicle Hire and their services, but I haven't tried them yet. I am considering giving them a try next time as I've heard some good things about them.
