I had a mixed experience with Nyborg Kimberly S. Overall, I would rate them as average. The customer service was good, but the product quality didn't meet my expectations. I purchased a laptop from them, and it started giving me trouble after just a few months. The staff was cooperative, and they tried to fix the issue, but it took longer than expected. The laptop was fixed eventually, but the whole process was inconvenient. I hope they improve their product quality in the future.
