If the setting of the hotel is well worth 5 *, it is not the case of the building (which looks more like an old building of the 70s than a 5 * hotel), nor the service (several failures during the same command, contradictory and variable information over time, "no" is more often the answer than "yes" or "I will inquire", etc.), or the state of the room (blackout curtain torn, shots , on the walls, cracked paint in many places, doubtful joints in the bathroom, etc. See photos) and its door window that only a superhuman force can open. Is this one of the flagship brands of the Accor ??

The food is good and quite varied, including breakfast (there are even kumquats !!). Geronimi ice creams are as delicious as ever. The cocktails are also varied and very good.

Level bedding, it's very nice.

Be careful, the hotel is located under the take-off / landing lanes of Ajaccio airport located a few minutes away and the soundproofing of the rooms will not protect you from the noise of the engines.

The hotel being equipped with a pontoon, a shuttle service by sea to / from Ajaccio would be perfect. It is now necessary to go to 30mn of walk or 5mn of taxi to go to the shuttle with Porticcio.

Special mention for the servers carrying heavy trays from the kitchen to the beach under a lot of heat. Congratulations and thank you to them.
