DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! We recently bought a certified BMW X3 from Henderson BMW only to find out that the car had been previously wrecked and has water damage. We found out about these pre-existing conditions after taking the car in for service to another BMW dealership. The other BMW dealer told us the car SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN CERTIFIED per the guidelines established by BMW. We have tried multiple times to contact the GM at Henderson only to be told repeatedly that he will call us back. Terrible experience, terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and go to another dealership.
