I'm so sorry to have had a bad experience here. My wife took in her car for its regular maintenance and they told her she had a nail in her tire and they were going to fix it no problem. They patched it up and sent her on her way. Great!

After they patched the tire, she got a low tire pressure warning and sure enough, the tire wouldn't hold any air. We figured we would take it back so they could take a look. The manager mentioned to her that it wasn't the patch, there was a pin-hole, showed it to her, and said there wasn't anything they could do. We were a little surprised because the tire was holding air just fine and there were no problems prior to bringing it into the dealership. The service center manager was rude to my wife, to the point where my wife doesn't even want to return because of how she was treated. He claimed there was no way that could have happened there or that his machine caused the hole. Instead of helping out a customer, offering some sort of solution, entertaining the idea that there is a possibility that the issue was caused at his garage, he was rude to my wife. Now, I'm not saying that he give us a free tire, but rather, try to problem solve.

At the end of the day, the tire doesn't matter, it's the treatment of a customer that just needed some help that matters.

Needless to say, we will no longer take our car to be serviced there, look to purchase any cars from there, and do any business with the Subaru of Ontario.
