I had a mixed experience with FUKUSHIMA Wheel. While the quality of their wheels is excellent, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries and the overall communication was not the best. However, once I received the wheels, I was pleased with their quality. It would be great if they could improve their customer service.
