I visited Ridgewood Centre Wellness Group recently and I must say it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The facility was clean and well-maintained. I had a massage and it was one of the best I've ever had. The therapist was skilled and attentive to my needs. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend this place.
