Unfortunately, my experience with Phipps advertising was below average. Their team lacked the necessary skills and creativity to provide effective marketing solutions. The campaigns they delivered failed to meet my expectations. I believe there is potential for improvement, but as it stands, I wouldn't recommend their services.
