I've been a member at Penisula Regent for a few months now and it has been a phenomenal experience. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and always push me to reach my limits. The facilities are well-maintained and have a wide variety of equipment for all types of workouts. I particularly enjoy the different classes they offer, as they keep me motivated and help me stay on track with my fitness goals.
