The experience with Mcilwain School Bus Line was overall good. The buses are clean, and the drivers are polite. However, there were a few instances where the buses arrived slightly late, causing some inconvenience. Nevertheless, the rates are reasonable, and the website is easy to use. I would consider using their service again.
