After attending the lean training conducted by Think in lean, I have gained a new perspective on how to improve processes. The trainers were knowledgeable and made the learning experience enjoyable. I especially appreciated their emphasis on practical application rather than just theory. I'm looking forward to implementing lean principles in my work.
