The services provided by El viejo actor were adequate, but nothing extraordinary. I would rate them as average overall. The website was easy to navigate and the checkout process was smooth. However, the customer support could have been better. They took quite some time to respond to my queries and didn't provide satisfactory solutions. I expected more from such an established company.
