I am a long term MB owner but today was my first visit to MB of Tampa. My first contact was via a pop-up chat on the web site and the response was instantaneous and helpful. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up the part the place is enormous and visually stunning to the degree that it would have been fun to just roam around and take it all in.
It is Disney World like clean with a very customer focused culture.
