I recently joined a gym and chose the Juniata Valley YMCA, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. There's a wide variety of classes to choose from, and the instructors are knowledgeable and supportive. Highly recommend!
