I recently had my windows replaced by a local company. The quality of the work was great, and they finished the job quickly. However, the customer service was lacking. The company was not very responsive and did not keep me informed about the progress of the project. Overall, I'm happy with the new windows, but I would have appreciated better communication from the company.
