As a loyal customer of Dietrich Racing, I have to say that their service has been consistently average. While they are not terrible, they are also not outstanding. I have found their staff to be friendly and knowledgeable, but their prices are a bit high compared to some competitors. Overall, I would recommend them if you are in need of racing equipment, but don't expect anything exceptional.
