Attended a funeral organized by The Central Funeral Home and found it to be an average experience. While the arrangements were decent, the staff's lack of warmth and empathy was disappointing. It created a somewhat cold atmosphere, which didn't help in the grieving process. There is definitely room for improvement in their customer service.
