I had a not-so-great experience with the onairm.com website. The navigation was confusing, and it took me some time to find the product I was looking for. The checkout process was also a bit tedious. However, I must say that the customer support was very responsive and helped me resolve my issues. Despite the initial difficulties, I managed to make my purchase successfully. Hence, I rate onairm.com as average.
