Eric was patient with me and not pushy at all. Within 15 minutes of arriving I was on a test drive with a used bike that I wanted to see. It was a nice long test drive that took us on several different Road and traffic conditions. They were able to meet my budget and even accommodate my seat need for my short stature. Everyone on the team was great and accommodating and I left with a bike on my very first visit.
