The service at this hotel is excellent. All its staff are highly qualified for customer service, and make you feel a wonderful stay.
It has a main restaurant on the ground floor with a varied menu and exclusive dishes.

It has bellboys and parking service.

It has a restaurant on the terrace with a spectacular view of Caracas.

The only flaw is that the hotel furniture should already be renovated.
