I had a somewhat average experience with Riverbend Realty, Inc. The agents were knowledgeable, but I felt that they could have been more proactive in finding suitable properties. There were some miscommunications during the negotiation process, which delayed the closing. Overall, it was an okay experience, but not outstanding.
