I would give zero stars if I could. Please do not send your loved ones here. Southside was such a better hospital before Bons Secours took over. Bons Secours kept my father in the hospital for over several months because he had good insurance but they still could not diagnose him. This hospital billed his insurance over $100k! Test after test and they stated they couldn't figure it out. Dr. Agada is the worst doctor I have ever encountered. We would leave messages with no returned call. We would stay up there for hours just to have a chance to speak with him. He is very rude and disrespectful and all the staff would say that it is his culture which is an excuse for poor beside manner. Also, this hospital takes advantage of COVID because the our family doctor could not visit with my father. Some of the nurses were great but they were only a few. Bons Secours is all about making money, nothing else.
