Poor customer service. I ordered online and paid in advance as I was trying to get to an event in time. I arrived and there were 4 families in front of me, so I told the front desk girl I had an online order, and she said I d have to wait. I waited for 4 families to pick out their cupcakes and then pay. When I finally got to the checkout, she simply had to glance in my box to check the items and hand it to me which took all of one second. There is zero point in ordering online ahead of time if it doesn t make it any more time efficient.
