1. This company will add at least 10 more 5 stars or 3 to 4-star reviews after this review, bcoz they are fraudsters. They have a dedicated team for increasing their reviews on google and glassdoor after any one-star review. By the way, one-star reviews are the real ones. They force their current employees to give good reviews on google.

2. Don't go for their CMMI Level 5 badge, They are not even worth 1 level, working in Tricity for 10 years this company is the worst of the worst.

3. Fraudster number one is the CEO of the company, he shows his personality as caring but in reality, he is the mastermind behind all the negatives of the company. There are 4 to 5 Hr's in this company but none of them are doing any Hr related work all is done by CEO himself, deciding salary as well and then he raps his decision into the hands of HR and backs out. BE A MAN.

4. Management ------ What management all are puppets and Team Leads are just passing time within the company, some of them are not even worthy and some just looks for opportunities. Let me tell you there are many managers here but the worthy and educated ones leave this company or they are forced to leave because there is a tag team of managers who don't want them to surpass them.

5. Infrastructure of the building looks good from outside but when you go to workstations they are lame and even chairs are so old that you cannot sit properly and you can hurt your back within few months.

6. Conclusion ----- Don't join if you love yourself in any way.
