I recently graduated from a university in Chile, and while Universidad de los Andes has a good reputation, I found the overall experience to be just average. The professors were hit or miss, and the curriculum lacked depth in some areas. The campus itself is nice, but it lacks a sense of community. Overall, I would say there are better options out there.
