I have been a customer of Santander río for several years now and overall I have had a good experience with them. The customer service is usually quite helpful and I have rarely encountered any major issues with my accounts. However, there have been a few occasions where I have had to wait longer than expected to speak with a representative. Overall, I would rate my experience with Santander río as average.
