Worst customer service. 6 days now with no heating and hot water ! Awaiting new boiler! Property is absolutely freezing, 11/4/21 No hot water in the middle of a pandemic when washing is key to helping protect against covid! Despite telling them I do Manuel labour (key worker) and need to shower or bath when I finish work it s clearly not being treated as a emergency repair. Iv asked for a temp repair until boiler is fitted and was told prob wouldn t be able to get the parts which is just another load of B/s from Arron services.
