The place is run more like a prison than a hospital. Most of the nurses do their best but there are some with no skills at dealing with grumpy old veterans. It s mainly the upper echelon, the power trips are unbelievable. I m not disgruntled so don t take it wrong. I m not a veteran but my husband is a agent orange Vietnam vet that loves his service dog and they don t even know or understand the ADA rules and act like they can just supersede them because they want too. Their administrator needs to be fired.
