I reached out to several companies to get quotes for a cleaning service for our new office space. While our building was too small to be considered by PMM, which works with larger facilities, Melissa took the time to help me find a company that would be able to help us. Furthermore, Melissa took the time to give me a "scope of work" document to use to assess other contractors for our needs. It was so incredible to be guided through the process by someone that had NOTHING to gain from it but just to be a great person. Truly once our company space is big enough I will absolutely reach out to Melissa! It says a lot about the company that their biggest goal is true customer service!!!
