I had a really bad experience at Redford Auto Repair Inc. The mechanics were rude and unprofessional. They didn't seem to know what they were doing and ended up making the problem worse. The customer service was terrible and they refused to take responsibility for their mistakes. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
